November 3, 2026 General Election Information

  • All voting for Town of Dane residents will be at the Dane Town Hall, 213 W. Main Street, Dane WI 53529 on 11/3/26 from 7 AM until 8 PM.
  • The polling place is accessible for the elderly and those with disabilities. Curbside voting is available for voters unable to enter the polling place due to disability.
  • Photo ID is required for all voters. PLEASE NOTE: Photo ID must be unexpired or expired after 11/5/2024

To request an Absentee Ballot go to myvote.wi.gov Please request your absentee ballot by 10/5/26 to allow time to receive and return your ballot. If your photo ID is not on file you will be asked to upload a copy of your photo ID.  

In-person absentee voting will take place at the Dane Town Hall from 10/20/26 to 11/1/26. Photo ID is required. By appointment only, call or text the Deputy Clerk at 608-332-1073. Appointments are usually available from 11 AM to 4 PM daily.

Voter Registration Information:

  • Check your voter registration status at myvote.wi.gov 
  • The online and by mail registration deadline is 10/14/26
  • You may register to vote in the Clerk’s Office with proper proof of residence until 5 PM on 10/30/26.  By appointment only, call or text 608-332-1073. Appointments available from 11 AM to 4 PM daily.
  • You may register to vote at the polls on Election Day with proper Proof of Residence.
