By Ordinance 2022-02 a permit is required prior to the use of fireworks within the Town of Dane. Permits are issued as required by WI Statute 167.10.
Application must be filed at least 4 days prior to the date of intended use.

Important: During periods of high fire danger a permit may be denied or canceled to protect public health and safety.

Be sure to include the date of use and start and stop times of the planned fireworks. Once completed, for fast service the permit form plus the $75 fee can be submitted to any Town Board Member.
