At the Town Board Meeting on January 6, 2025, the Town Board adopted a new Building Permit Fee schedule for 2025 and Ordinance 2025-01 regarding Town Road Right-of-Ways.

Note: There are fines for failing to obtain a permit before work commences. Fees double for first offense and triple for subsequent offences.

The Right-of-Way is an area 33 feet from the center of the road to the edge of the boundary. The purpose of ordinance 2025-01 is to inform the residents of the township the intent to clean the road right of ways in order to keep the roads safe.
